Terms governing use of the Think Online website and professional engagements.
Acceptance
By accessing https://think-online.digital or engaging Think Online for professional services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or commission work.
Services described on this site
Pages describing engagements, fees, and processes are informational. A binding engagement exists only after both parties sign an engagement letter that states scope, fees, timing, and deliverables for the financial audit of travel expense applications (or related review) you request.
Intellectual property
Site text, visual design, and original materials are owned by Think Online unless otherwise noted. You may not copy substantive content for commercial use without written permission. Working papers and findings memos produced under an engagement letter are governed by that letter; clients may use delivered memos for internal control and governance purposes.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the site to attempt unauthorised access, disrupt service, scrape content at a volume that impairs the host, or submit false information through forms.
No professional reliance on website text alone
Blog articles and general process descriptions do not constitute formal audit opinions, legal advice, or tax advice. Reliance for decisions should be placed on signed engagement deliverables and your own advisers.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under the laws of the Republic of Korea, Think Online is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from site use. For paid engagements, liability terms in the engagement letter prevail. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Korean law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Courts in Seoul shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from site use, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections where applicable.
Changes
We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the site after posting constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
