How Think Online collects, uses, and retains personal data from site visitors and clients.

Data we collect
- Contact form data — name, email, optional engagement interest, claim period notes, and message content
- Correspondence — emails and call notes related to scoping or delivering an audit
- Engagement records — client contacts, claim extracts, and working papers needed to perform the financial audit of travel expense applications
- Technical data — essential cookies and, if accepted, limited analytics cookies (see Cookies)
We do not ask for payment-card numbers through this website.
Purposes
Data is used to respond to enquiries, prepare fee proposals, perform contracted audit work, improve site reliability, and meet legal record-keeping duties.
Legal bases
Depending on context, processing rests on steps prior to entering a contract, performance of a contract, legitimate interests in operating a professional practice, consent for non-essential cookies, or legal obligations.
Retention
Enquiry messages that do not become engagements are typically retained up to 24 months. Engagement files are retained for at least five years after completion unless a longer period is required by law or the engagement letter. Cookie identifiers follow the durations listed on the cookies page.
Sharing
We use hosting and email providers who process data on our instructions. We do not sell personal data. Claim extracts shared for audit may include employee identifiers supplied by the client; we treat those files as confidential engagement material.
International transfers
Primary operations are in South Korea. If a processor stores data outside Korea, we take reasonable contractual and technical steps appropriate to the transfer.
Your rights
Subject to Korean law (including the Personal Information Protection Act), you may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of personal data we hold about you, and you may withdraw cookie consent. Contact hello@think-online.digital. You may also lodge a complaint with the Personal Information Protection Commission (PIPC) or other competent authority.
Security
We apply access limits, encrypted transport for the public site, and need-to-know sharing of engagement files. No method of transmission is perfectly secure; please avoid sending unnecessary sensitive identifiers through the public contact form.
