Fees
Indicative fee guidance for financial audit of travel expense applications — quotes reflect volume, sample depth, and document form.
How fees are set
Travel expense audits are priced from the claim population, the sample you need, whether documents are digital or paper, and whether testing must happen on site in Seoul. We do not sell monthly software seats. Every fee is tied to a defined engagement letter.
Indicative ranges
| Engagement | Typical basis | Indicative range (KRW) |
|---|---|---|
| Full travel expense audit | Quote by population and sample | From ₩4,800,000 |
| Sample testing of claims | Day rate or fixed sample fee | ₩650,000–₩900,000 per day, or fixed from ₩2,200,000 |
| Policy exception review | Fixed fee by exception count | From ₩1,800,000 |
| Pre-close claim screening | Fixed fee by open-batch size | From ₩1,200,000 |
Ranges exclude VAT where applicable. Complex multilingual packs, multi-entity consolidations, or urgent close windows may sit above these figures.
What influences the quote
- Number of travel expense applications in the period
- Share of overseas versus domestic trips
- Completeness of scanned receipts at intake
- Need for on-site review of original paper
- Number of cost centres and approval chains in scope
What the fee includes
Agreed sampling, testing labour, interim discussion with your finance contact, and the written findings memo. Extra rounds of testing beyond the agreed sample, or re-testing after travellers submit late evidence, are billed separately if requested.
Deposits
Engagements above ₩3,000,000 typically require a 30% deposit to reserve the fieldwork window. The balance is due on delivery of the final memo. See our refund policy for cancellation and rescheduling terms.
